What is a Fastrack ticket?
Fastrack tickets are your priority pass to access our most popular rides and rollercoasters. A fastrack pass gains you access to a dedicated ride entrance.
The fastrack priority line means that you can maximise your time at the UK’s biggest theme park.
Fastrack FAQs
Our Fastrack tickets are subject to availability, so we recommend booking Packages online in advance to avoid disappointment. Fastrack Packages and Solo Fastrack tickets can be purchased on the day at the Resort Box Office or via the Alton Towers Resort App, if there is still availability.
Head to the Fastrack entrance of the ride(s) your ticket is for. The Resort colleague at the ride will scan your Fastrack ticket (Platinum Fastrack users will also be required to show their wristband, which must be collected from the Resort Box Office prior to riding). Please note that when using Fastrack tickets, you may still incur a wait at each ride or attraction, but this will be reduced in comparison to the main queue.
All our Fastrack tickets are per person, so please ensure you book one for each member of your group.
Solo Fastrack tickets are priced at £10 or £12 per person, depending on which ride it is for. For more information, please visit the Alton Towers Resort App.
Fastrack Packages can be used at any point throughout the day, but when purchasing Solo Fastrack tickets, you will need to select a timeslot to use them. You will have up to one hour from the time you select to use your tickets.
No, Fastrack tickets are additional to your Theme Park entry, so you would need a valid entry ticket or annual pass to be able to use them.
Yes, if you have a Merlin Gold, Platinum or Premium Pass, you can enjoy 10% discount on Fastrack tickets. We recommend booking these in advance through the Merlin Annual Pass Perks & Discounts page as Fastrack tickets are subject to availability, but these can also be purchased from the Resort Box Office if there is still availability. Please note that Alton Towers Annual Passholders do not receive any discounts on Fastrack tickets, and we do not offer any other forms of discount.
All our Fastrack tickets allow one Fastrack on each of the rides included, except for the Platinum Fastrack which will allow unlimited uses.
No, the Fastrack Packages are for use on the rides listed only. You will not be able to use these on alternative rides.
No, a Fastrack ticket is only valid for the date purchased for. If you wish to use Fastrack on more than one day, you will need to purchase tickets for each day you would like it for.
If you will be using a Platinum Fastrack, you will need to visit the Resort Box Office on the day of your visit to collect a wristband. If you have any other type of Fastrack ticket, you will not need to do anything, just visit the ride(s) with your digital or print-at-home ticket.
No, the Platinum Fastrack includes the 15 rides listed only. Solo Fastrack tickets can be purchased additionally for Toxicator and Nemesis Sub-Terra at the Resort Box Office or via the Alton Towers Resort App, subject to availability.
Not all our rides and attractions offer the Fastrack service. Our Fastrack tickets offer a reduced wait time on the most popular rides and attractions at the Theme Park.
We do not offer Fastrack tickets for CBeebies Land. We encourage our guests to arrive in advance of the rides opening to make the most of their visit.
